When you don’t want a contact to receive an email, you can put them on the Suppression List or the Blacklist.
You have the option to upload a database of known bounce or invalid email addresses from another platform or any addresses that you are sure are not interested in receiving your emails. These addresses can be added to your Blacklist or Suppression list in advance. By doing this, these contacts will not receive your emails, even if they are present in any of your email contact lists.
When you add or import a contact into your Blacklist or Suppression list, their status will change from confirmed to Blacklisted. This ensures that these contacts are excluded from your email campaigns, maintaining the integrity of your email list and improving deliverability by avoiding sending emails to addresses that are known to bounce or are uninterested.
