My sent emails have bounced due to ‘over quota’ what does this mean?

Over quotaWhen a sender sends an email to their recipient, the recipient's server checks the status of the user's inbox before accepting the email.
If the inbox is full and cannot accept any more emails, the server will display a message saying that the inbox is full. This message is usually correct, but sometimes ISPs may send false signals too.
