What about bounce and unsubscribe users?

Bounces:

If your email is rejected by the recipient server, it will bounce back to the send server (which is you in this case). These rejected emails are known as bounced IDs. There could be several reasons for this, such as an invalid email address, a temporary issue, or your email content being flagged as spam.

Unsubscribe:

Users who no longer wish to receive emails from you can opt-out or unsubscribe using the Unsubscribe link provided in your email. This ensures they won't receive any further emails from your end in the future.

Kindly Note: You must have to give the unsubscribe link to in your email to get these statistics.
